What is Total Care?
Total Care not only increases customer satisfaction, but also minimizes the likelihood of returns through customer education and relieving perceived incompatibility issues that can occur during the first few weeks of ownership. Total Care delivers day-one customer support and operational assistance for a variety of products, including digital cameras, camcorders, home theater products and much more. We assist with basic operational assistance, troubleshooting and referral to the manufacturer while under the original warranty.
 
If my item is broken, where do I take it?
We maintain a comprehensive network of factory-authorized Service Centers. These Centers are located in all 50 states plus Canada and Puerto Rico. Constant monitoring is performed to ensure that all Centers are efficient, courteous, professional and trained in the latest technologies.
